Customer Success Manager

The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily communicates with people at all levels, and is not afraid of challenges and to drive decision-makers to expand the business.
· Oversee the business and strategic plans with customers from all over the globe
· Upsell existing clients and plan strategic growth opportunities for internal and external benefits
· Manage the ongoing retention process of customers, and orchestrate other support and technical teams to coordinate the client's needs
· Handle feature releases & introduce them to the customers while providing their feedback internally
· Work closely with product, R&D and business departments, and understand the product to its core
· At least 2 years of experience as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager or related roles
· Experience with global B2B customers
· Strong business level spoken and written English
· Great communication skills, both verbal and written, and a positive and energetic presence
· Must be a pusher with a get-things-done attitude
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with digital advertising and the AdTech world
· Tech savvy
· Proficiency in another language
