Account Manager
About The Position
What You’ll Do:
- Own and nurture relationships with global accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction, retention, and success.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their goals and ensuring Browsi’s solutions meet their needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client ROI and revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and retention targets.
- Manage multiple accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Partner with internal teams (TAM, PA, operations, R&D and Sales) to ensure seamless onboarding, product adoption, and problem-solving for clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales) in SaaS, digital advertising, or a related field.
- SaaS experience- mandatory
- Fluent in English at a native level, both written and spoken- mandatory
- Experience working with data and deriving insights to drive client decisions
- A proactive approach, problem-solving mindset, and a “can-do” attitude.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in ad-tech or digital advertising – an advantage.
