Browsi is seeking an experienced Software Development Team Leader to manage our full stack development team in the adtech space. 

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise building scalable applications.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead development team through all project phases while meeting business objectives
• Architect scalable solutions for high-traffic adtech applications
• Make key technical decisions and implement quality standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications
• Mentor team members and optimize development workflows

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience scaling Node.js applications in production
• Working knowledge of Scala or ability to learn quickly
• Strong understanding and experience with AWS
• Expertise building client applications, preferably with Angular
• Experience with complex frontend state management and performance optimization
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Database optimization skills for high-volume applications

Leadership Requirements

• Proven track record leading development teams
• Experience implementing appropriate Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
• Problem-solving mindset and decisive under pressure
