We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in onboarding, supporting, and growing relationships with our premium customers worldwide. This position combines customer-facing responsibilities with technical problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with both people and technology.


Location & Work Model

This is a full-time temporary position (maternity leave replacement) based in Tel Aviv, Israel, operating under a hybrid work model that combines office and remote work.


Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding processes and pilot programs for new and existing customers, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Browsi's solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the post-sale lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to address customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and proactively help customers maximize the value they receive from the Browsi platform.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, troubleshooting processes, and escalation paths for technical issues.
  • Bridge the gap between customer business objectives and technical implementation requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams to support product improvements and future development.
  • Monitor customer performance and provide recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and customer-facing materials as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, or a related field: Must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English: Must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to understand business needs and provide practical solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive, can-do approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability and responsiveness to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within B2B technology companies, such as Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support, Solutions Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and working directly with engineering teams.
  • Experience writing technical documentation and process documentation.
  • Experience working with publishers, digital advertising, AdTech, or SaaS products.
